TERMS 
of hotel accommodation in INTOURIST HOTEL
Intourist hotel is opened 24 hours.
TERMS OF BOOKING                                                                                  
Room booking is an initiative of Guest written or verbal (telephone, letter, fax, e-mail). When booking, guests will be provided with all the necessary information, including the name of the hotel, its location, availability on the date of arrival, room category, room rate, rates of additional services, check-out time, payment terms.
Room booking is possible for one of two options:
• Reservation with payment on arrival at the hotel.
If Guest chooses this method of payment, the booking is reserved till 18.00 local time on the day of arrival, if Guest does not inform Hotel about the late arrival. In the case of the Guest's arrival after cancellation, accommodation is provided if the rooms are available.
• Reservations guaranteed with prepayment.
In the case of guaranteed prepaid reservation, when Guest is late to the agreed time of arrival, the room is reserved until check-out time on the following day.
To provide reservation guaranteed by advance payment, you can pay for one night of stay in the booked rooms . You can download form for the payment here .

ATTENTION! Dates when prepayment is mandatory:
December 31, 2016, 1- 7 January 2017, 22, 23, 24, 25 February,  7, 8 March, 15 April, 29, 30 April, 1, 6, 7, 8, 9 May, 10, 11, 12 June, 3, 4 November  2017.
Guest can cancel booking at any time before the date of arrival, warning Hotel in any convenient way (telephone, letter, fax, e-mail).
In case of cancellation made less than one day prior to the scheduled arrival date, the cost of one night stay in the prepaid room is withdrawn from Guest.

Intourist Hotel offers 128 rooms of different categories, including single, double and triple standard rooms, comfort rooms, comfort  business, studios, suites and apartments.
Services included in the room rate:
• Each room has comfortable furniture, telephone, providing connection to the internal hotel line , as well as local connections in Veliky Novgorod, satellite TV, bathroom with shower or bathtub, equipped with a set of sanitary accessories.
• Wi-Fi Internet
• Room cleaning - daily
• Change of bed linen at least every three days (in standards, comforts, apartments)
• Change of bed linen daily (in studio suite)
Possible early change linen for extra charge.
• Temporary storage of luggage in the Luggage Room upon arrival and departure.
• Registration of citizens stay in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Provide information on the city.

 PROCEDURE OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Registration of arriving and departing guests is available around the clock.
A guest with confirmed reservation number has priority right for accommodation. All other guests wait for their turn in the same queue.
For Russian citizens-    checking-in upon showing the passport of  Russian Federation, birth certificate for children under 14 years.
For foreign citizens – checking-in upon showing civil passport, visa to enter the territory of the Russian Federation and migration card (if another order of entry is not provided by the current government agreements and international treaties).
Guest (citizens of the Russian Federation) fills in the registration card (Form) and gives it together with the above mentioned documents to the receptionist for registration of stay and accommodation.
When checking-in, Hotel issues a document confirming the conclusion of the contract on rendering of services to Guest, which must contain the company’s name, last name, given names of Guest, information on  room category, the room price (information  account), as well as a cash register receipt or a receipt of confirmation of payment by credit card when making cash payments.
Accommodation of arrived guests is made on the dates specified in the booking confirmation, and additional accommodation for foreign citizens -within the validity period of visa or immigration card.
Adult guests who have no identity documents in possession can not be accommodated in the hotel.
Payment for accommodation will be charged in accordance with  check-out time and in accordance with the price list applicable at the time of booking or check-in.
For all Guests the common check-in time, payment hour and check-out time are established. Check-in time at 14.00 local time, payment hour and check-out time at 12.00 local time. Stay for night is considered from 14.00  on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure.
For stays from 06.00 to 24.00 the payment for 1 night is charged regardless of  arrival time and departure time.
Guests can be accommodated before check-in time  subject to the following conditions:
- charged service "early check-in" in the amount of one night stay,  on the day of arrival from 00.00 to 06.00,  if rooms available;
-free of charge, on the day of arrival from 06.00 to 14.00,  if rooms available;
 - guaranteed early check-in is possible upon payment of service "booking early check-in" in accordance with applicable price list.

In case of delayed departure Guest will be charged according to the valid price list.
Payment for stay is made according to the room category and services rendered to Guest.
In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Guest can pay for services in full after the expiry of the period of stay at check-out time. With the Guest consent services can be paid when signing the agreement  in full or by instalment.
We accept payment in cash and non-cash, Visa, MasterCard.
 
HOTEL POLICIES IN INTOURIST HOTEL
Hotel provides Guest’s stay in the period of the confirmed booking. Accommodation can be extended after confirmed booking period at the request of  Guest only upon availability. This information is mandatory to be said to the Guest at the time of accommodation agreement  conclusion (acceptance of order or payment).
Visitors of Guests  can stay in hotel rooms  from 06:00 to 24:00 local time, at the request of checked-in Guests, with the consent of hotel administration. It is necessary to show an identity document of visitors to the administrator. If the identification document is not available, Guest can meet visitors in the lobby of Hotel.
In case of visitor delay in the Guest room after 24:00 or coming and staying  a third person in the Guest room during the night (from 00:00 to 06:00), this person is considered sharing the room which is charged according to hotel price-list.
Guest gets the key room from administrator after checking-in.
In order to ensure safety of Guests, video surveillance system is installed in  public areas of the Hotel .
Hotel rooms and halls are non-Smoking.
 
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
• When leaving the room, you must close  taps, windows, turn off the lights, air conditioning, TV and other electrical appliances,  lock the room.
• Do not leave valuables in your room. They can be deposited to the administrator.
• Prohibited to have animals, birds, reptiles in the room without approval from the administration.
• To ensure order and security of Guests, it is forbidden:
• to keep strangers in the room in your absence;
• to give strangers  key and/or guest card;
• to have bulky items, weapons, flammable, explosive, narcotic substances, pungent and strong smelling materials;
• guests authorized to bear and keep weapons  are obliged to show documents certifying this right at the request of the administration;
• disturb Guests in other rooms;
• to use  heaters if it is not provided in the hotel room. Using cookers, electric appliances with open flames is strictly prohibited.
• to smoke in the rooms, as well as in public areas not provided for these purposes
 
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF GUESTS
If Guests find defects in the rendered services they have right to request free elimination of defects or the appropriate reduction of the price for services rendered, other rights provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation

Guest is obliged:
• to follow the established hotel policies and procedure of payment for services provided;
• to pay damages in case of loss or damage of hotel property in accordance with current legislation of the Russian Federation. The amount of damage is determined by the Hotel price list  on the date of damage discovery;
• to observe the rules of fire safety  preventing fires;
• when leaving Hotel, make full payment for the provided services, to inform the reception of your departure and to leave the key at the reception.
 
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF HOTEL
Hotel is fully responsible for observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of hotel services.
When checking-in, Hotel should inform Guests on rendered basic and additional services, forms and procedure of payment, and provide Guests with extra paid services in accordance with the approved price list.
In every room Hotel is obliged to ensure the availability of information on hotel accommodation, fire safety rules and rules for use of electrical appliances.

Hotel provides the following services at no extra charge:

• call the ambulance;
• use of first aid kit;
• delivery  the received mail  to the room;
• wake-up call;
• provision of boiling water, needles, threads, one set of dishes and cutlery

Hotel should take measures to eliminate deficiencies in services  provided within one hour after  relevant requirements from Guest.
Hotel is not liable for deficiencies in services provided, if Hotel proves that they are caused by Guest or as a result of force majeure.
Hotel provides the security of personal belongings in the room, subject to the order of stay and conditions of these terms. In accordance with Article 925 CC RF, Hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, currency values, shares, credit and phone cards, jewelry and other precious things, which were not deposited to Hotel administrator. 
Guest when discovered the loss, shortage or damage of personal belongings, is obliged to inform Hotel administrator without delay. Otherwise Hotel is exempt from liability for failure to store things.
In case of forgotten things Hotel does their best to return them to their owner, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as to the Policies of Intourist Hotel.
Hotel provides a full range of services according to sanitary epidemiological  quality standards and other normative acts.
Hotel provides privacy of Guests and visitors of Hotel.
In the case of gross violations of policies and/or security requirements, Hotel has the right to terminate the agreement with Guest unilaterally, when  Hotel issues the act for occurred incident, with involvement if necessary of representatives of the competent authorities (police, Russian Consumer service and others) and checks-out Guest who violates the rules of stay.
In the case of unilateral termination of the agreement caused by violations of Hotel policies, the refund for accommodation and other services consumed by Guest to the date of termination of the agreement will not be done.
